Veneers ∙
The porcelain laminate veneer is a very conservative procedure where
first the teeth are prepared, and then a thin "shell" of porcelain is
applied to the surface of the prepared teeth to enhance or correct
their appearance. Porcelain veneers are very effective in closing
spaces and changing the size, shape and color of teeth.

Crowns
∙ Crowns or
"caps" are used to restore teeth that have been fractured, have large
cavities or that have had root canal therapy. Crowns cover the entire
surface of the teeth to given maximum protection and strength. They
are made of different materials, depending on the clinical
circumstances, to look and feel like your own teeth.

Tooth-Colored
Fillings
∙ There are
new dental products that allow us to replace old amalgam (sometimes
called silver or mercury) fillings with high-strength resin and
ceramic tooth-colored fillings. It is very important to have strength
in the back teeth where most of your chewing occurs. Combining
high-strength filling materials with the beauty of matching your
natural tooth color gives you a beautiful smile throughout your entire
mouth.

Bonding
∙ Teeth
that are chipped, broken or otherwise unattractive can be
conservatively treated using bonded composite resins. We are able to
enhance the appearance by laminating the bonding over the teeth to
achieve optimal results with little or no discomfort.

Whitening
∙ Our
office uses the Zoom Whitening System to gently bleach your teeth to
their brightest! This is one of the most gratifying procedures we can
perform for you. It can be completed in just one hour appointment.

Bridges
∙ When
teeth are missing, it is best to replace them as soon as possible.
Fixed bridges (non-removable) are the preferred method of replacing
missing teeth in certain circumstances. The teeth on both sides of the
missing space are used to anchor the bridge and restore aesthetics and
function. We can construct full porcelain bridges as well as porcelain
over precious metal to give the best results in each particular case.

Gingival
Sculpting
∙ Uneven
gums (gingiva) can make teeth look uneven, too large or too small, or
of an unusual shape. We can change the shape of your gums to correct a
"gummy smile' and give your gums the contour that will make them
harmonious with the rest of your beautiful smile.

Tooth
Contouring
∙ Slightly
misaligned teeth may be re-contoured to correct their appearance and
shape. This is an ideal treatment when you are satisfied with the
color of your teeth, but have concerns about small imperfections in
shape.

Root Canal
Therapy
∙ Teeth are
living, vital parts of our body. Sometimes, due to decay, injury, or
other factors, teeth become non-vital. This may cause pain or
infection if not treated promptly. The best method of treating
non-vital teeth is called root canal therapy. We are highly skilled at
accomplishing this treatment with minimal discomfort to you.

 |
Post and Core
∙ After
teeth have been treated with root canal therapy, it is usually
necessary to place a post into the root of the tooth for structural
support. This allows us to use the tooth in a manner consistent with
its original form and function.
